Since 2008, Goodies Enterprises has provided after sales and warranty service support
for a range of Tevion and Logix-
The warranty procedure works on a “swap” basis whereby, if your Tevion or Logix product develops a fault, we will deliver a replacement (minus any accessories such as manual, remote control or any leads) via courier and take the faulty set away at the same time. If the fault is logged before 3:00pm we can arrange delivery for the very next working day. It is important to retain all of your accessories (manual, remote control and any leads) as these will not be delivered with replacement sets.
When contacting the warranty centre please make sure to have the following information available; model number and (if applicable) serial number of the item in question (a diagram showing where these can be found can be seen here), date of purchase and contact address and telephone number.
