As the UK authorised service agent for LG projectors and televisions of screen size 32” and under, we provide a collect-repair-return service to get your faulty product fixed and back to you.

 

When you contact LG customer services to log a repair, they will arrange with you a convenient date for collection of your television or projector. If you still have the original packaging the product came in, Goodies UK will arrange for a national courier to collect the product directly from you. If you no longer have the original packaging, Goodies UK will send out packaging with the courier to collect the product. Unless instructed to do so, do not return any of your accessories (manual, remote control, any leads etc.) with the repair. The instructional video in the right-hand menu shows best practice for packaging your television in preparation for transport.

 

To keep you notified throughout an LG product repair, we offer a text message service notifying you of the time of collection (if Goodies UK is sending out packaging), the date the product is received into the workshop and the ETA on any part orders. Also, our dedicated LG call centre staff are on hand 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday to deal with any queries you may have.

 

With any completed repair, we provide documentation advising you of all the details of the repair and what components were replaced.
