Established in 1999, Goodies Enterprises has a proud history of providing after sales and warranty service support to leading high street retailers of electronic products including LG, Phillips, Samsung, Xerox and Kyocera.

Based in the historic town of Bedford, our UK office, workshop and call-answering centre is housed in a 20,000ft² warehouse on the Elms Farm Industrial Estate. Our highly-skilled workforce have many years experience in the electronics trade and are able to meet demands for product repair or rework. We specialise in the repair of (but not exclusively), LCD televisions and monitors, set-top and Freeview boxes, CD/DVD/Blu-ray players and recorders, projectors, printers and speaker systems.

According to our clients’ requirements we offer a range of services to facilitate after sales and warranty support. In response to a customer’s product becoming faulty we can provide a “swap” service, through our courier network, that allows us to deliver a replacement item and collect the defective one in the process. Alternatively, the same courier network can collect items the same day as they become faulty (if logged before 3:00pm) and deliver them to the workshop the next day for repair.

As well as our after sales, warranty support and repair capabilities we have trading links to Southeast Asia that allow us to offer the latest products for import, as well as extensive contacts within the electronics industry to help launch other business’ products to market.
