If your monitor is one of those serviced by Goodies Enterprises and has developed
a fault, we provide a collect-repair-return service to get it fixed*. Simply contact
the warranty service centre - details can be found on our Contact Us page - and one
of our customer service staff will be able to arrange for collection.
The service is very simple, just package your faulty monitor for transport (minus
any accessories such as power leads or manuals) - we recommend using a suitable-sized
cardboard box and some bubble-wrap or other insulating material that will keep the
monitor stable during carriage and away from the edges of the box. We will then arrange
for a national courier to collect the monitor on a pre-arranged date, return it to
our workshop the next day and, once the monitor has been repaired and valeted, we
will arrange to deliver the monitor back to you on a pre-arranged date. A full list

We have in the past provided the warranty service on monitors for brands such as
Gericom, MAG, IQON and Advent. Though now out of warranty, we may still be able to
offer you a chargeable out-of-warranty repair. Prices for monitors smaller than 19”
start at just £60 (not including VAT) for collection, repair and all parts and return.
For monitors 19” and above we charge just £65 (not including VAT) for the same service.
* In some cases, where we have replacement stock of a particular monitor available,
we will offer to swap the faulty monitor for a replacement using our courier service.
