* Following the product releases of the Tevion 1943DT and Logix 2601HT the manufacturer
developed fixes to amend software issues experienced by some customers. These can
be downloaded from the right-hand menu. The 1943DT software update fixes the DVD
loader “ticking” when DVD input is not selected. This needs to be written to a CD
or DVD and then inserted into the DVD drive of the television. The update will automatically
install and the disc will eject. The 2601HT software update fixes a problem with
digital text where scrolling left and right adjusts the volume. This needs to be
copied onto a USB stick and then inserted into the Service Port at the back of the
set while switched off. To initiate the update, hold down the power-on button on
the side of the television until the standby light flashes red and blue.
