brands and retailers, our warranty page contains information about the procedure
for receiving warranty service on a particular product.
We currently service LG projectors and televisions up to 32” inclusive. The first
port of call if your television or projector is faulty is to telephone LG customer
services to log the complaint. If the repair is accepted the information will be
transferred to us and then we can effect the warranty service from there. For more

For Tevion and Logix products sold through ALDI stores we directly effect the warranty
service through our call-answering centre. If the item you own - a full list of serviced
products can be found here - has become faulty, call our helpline number from the
label on the product (0871 663 1540 for UK & Northern Ireland customers and 1 800
882 920 for Republic of Ireland customers), or from the numbers on our contact page,
